Therapy offers a moment to pause and focus on your thoughts, struggles, and dreams in a space where you’re fully accepted, just as you are. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move toward what feels meaningful.

Through my personal journey, I’ve come to appreciate the power of creativity and mindfulness in therapy. In creative imagination, we can discover new possibilities. By connecting the mind and body, we can find grounding and balance, paving the way for emotional healing.

I work in English and French with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, immigration, and self-esteem concerns. Using ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts, I support diverse communities, including North African, Arab, European, LGBTQ+, and Muslim individuals.
