What if therapy was more than just talking? Sometimes that means slowing down, tuning in, or experimenting gently with new ways of noticing. In our work, we might explore what anxiety feels like in your shoulders, give voice to a younger part that’s been carrying too much, or even pick a theme song for your inner critic. My approach is relational, creative, and grounded in curiosity. It’s a space for untangling what’s been stuck, so that change can start to feel possible again.
Before I became a therapist, I spent years in the world of theatre and movement. Acting taught me something strange and beautiful. Even the characters I didn’t like, the ones I resisted playing, held some part of me inside them. I had to find it, feel it, let it speak. And when I did, something shifted. Something opened. Have you ever felt that moment? When something just clicks, not in your head, but in your body? It’s not always something we can explain. And often, it doesn’t start with words. That feeling. That’s the one I try to make space for in therapy.
I work in English and French with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, immigration, and self-esteem concerns. Using ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts, I support diverse communities, including North African, Arab, European, LGBTQ+, and Muslim individuals.
